How We Operate: Hollumi is an online retail brand that curates and sells products made by independent specialist manufacturers. To offer a wider range at better prices, we work with a global network of manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Your order is produced, packed and dispatched directly by our partners from their facilities. Hollumi does not design, manufacture, assemble or modify the products we sell.
Manufacturer and Partner Responsibility: Each manufacturer is responsible for the design, construction, materials, labelling, safety and compliance of its products, and our fulfilment partners are responsible for packing and dispatch. Product specifications, instructions, safety information and certifications are supplied by the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by Hollumi. Where a claim relates to the design, manufacture or safety of a product, we will, to the extent permitted by law, refer the claim to the relevant manufacturer or partner and assist you in resolving it.
No Additional Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are sold "as is" and "as available". Hollumi gives no express warranties beyond those stated in our Refund Policy, and disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted under applicable law.
Product Information: Product descriptions and images are based on information supplied by our manufacturing partners. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and production batches. Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations are not defects. Packaging may differ from images.
Safe Use: You are responsible for using products safely, as intended and in line with the instructions and warnings supplied. Lighting and electrical products are for indoor decorative use only, must not be left unattended near flammable materials, and must not be modified or used with damaged cords or plugs. Keep small parts away from children under 3. Adult supervision is required where children use any product.
No Liability for Misuse: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollumi is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollumi, its owners and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or property, arising from the use of this website or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Hollumi harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of any product, your breach of our policies, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Pricing and Errors: Prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing, stock or listing errors at any time and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or that our partners cannot fulfil, with a full refund of any payment made.
Third-Party Services: We rely on independent manufacturers, fulfilment partners, carriers and payment processors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or websites.
Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. If any part of this notice is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
