Track Your Hollumi Order
Every order ships with free tracking. Here is how to check where your parcel is:
1. Check your shipping email.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a Track your order link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
2. Track by tracking number.
Copy your tracking number and paste it into 17TRACK, which tracks USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers in one place.
3. Check your account.
Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status.
Good to know
- Orders are processed in 1-3 business days before they ship.
- Tracking can take 2-5 days to show updates after dispatch.
- Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
