We ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Free tracked shipping on every US order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then most arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and peak seasons can add delays.
Will I get it before Halloween / Christmas?
Please order as early as possible and allow up to 10 business days from order to delivery. For Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking email when your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after dispatch.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items ship from partner warehouses, so multi-item orders can arrive separately.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be processing.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Email us within 12 hours with your order number and the correct address.
Returns & Damaged Items
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
My item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Once approved, we will send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.
My order hasn't arrived.
If it has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship or refund it.

Do inflatables come with a blower?
Each product page lists exactly what is included, such as the blower, stakes and tethers.
Are your inflatables for outdoor use?
Yes, but please deflate and bring them inside in strong wind or heavy rain.
